In an economy in which high-rise sales in Las Vegas were down 75% year-over-year in April, I’m happy to have recently helped my clients sell two units in Palms Place. With no access to the Building after mid-March and no ability to tour prospective buyers, I relied on progressive marketing to showcase the units and their proximity to nearby amenities and landmarks.
